Clarify Project Lead

- minimum 8 years working experience
- minimum 2 years in as a lead role in implementation
- must have done project scoping (functional requirement), system design, managing timeline (team lead role - not project manager), User acceptance test scripts and execution, data migration, heavy development

Skills

- Clarify V8 / 12 - compulsory to know V12 and V8, in between version are not important (if certified in V12 - advantage)
- heavy development in Clarify CB scripts
- migration from V8 to V12 or other version to V12
- experience and knowledge in Tuxedo
- ORACEL8, 9i experience - knows basic DBA like tablespace, backup, indexing, analyse, PL/SQL
- Telco industry will be added advantage

Job Description:  CRM MANAGER

A Manager will be involved with and often responsible for all aspects of aproject including the Bid process and Client Management Processes.
It is the responsibility of a CRM Manager to implement a solution to aclient by ensuring that all key project aspects are delivered within atimely and professional manner as well as being involved other businessrelating to the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to a Senior Manager/Partner a Manager will: -
* Use their knowledge to manage a team and a client through animplementation process.
* Work pro-actively with Clients.
* Work with Technical Developers.
* Will take an active role in configuration, mapping process and design.
* Have the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
* Be involved in the bidding process.
* Be involved with the Client Management process.
* Contribute to issues within the companies CRM practice.

Experience
In order to be considered for a position as a Manager, we will look for the following: -
* A minimum of 6 years working within a commercial environment of which minimum of 4 years will have been in a consultancy/consultancy environment.
* Proven ability in Managing aspects of a project
* A good understanding of Siebel, it is likely that they will be Siebel trained and have had a minimum of 12 months of experience of working with this product. (Please note that we will also consider candidates with good experience of other Package solutions such as Vantive and Clarify).
* Evidence of an individual being involved in the full life-cycle of at
least 5 different engagements
* Previous experience of managing a team of at least 8 individuals
* Unless a candidate has exceptional experience, it is necessary for any
applicants to be educated to Degree Level.

Ariba Solution Developer 

Job Description / Job Profile 
  Development and support of the Ariba BUYER platform integrated with SAP R/3 
  System configuration and tuning for optimal performance 
  Assisting the migration of new releases to the test and production instance ensuring the stability of the

Ariba servers, etc. 
  Make user interface modifications (in XML and Java) in line with field requirements 
  Create business forms for catalogue items (in XML and Java) 
  Modify and create any necessary reports based on specified requirements from implementation 
  Write and modify business rules (in Java Script) 
  Develop technical documentation 
  Configure Tibco MessageBroker Worksheets 
  Ensure knowledge transfer to new team members 

Profile of Candidate 
  Education: Degree Business Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, 
Science or Software Engineering, (ETH, eidg. Fachausweis IT, 
WISS) or equivalent work experience and technical training. 

  Professional experience: At least two years in system development, deep knowledge on B2Band/or ERP application integration, favourable SAP/3 SD & MM and one implementation life cycle. 
Proficient in object oriented methods and implementation knowledge in high-level programming languages (C++ or Java,XML, Delphi, etc.), experience with relational DBs, NT environment, internet applications (HTTP). 

Skills & Knowledge: Ariba 7+ and/or ABAP, (report writing and BDC) Java,XML, JavaScript, Middleware (Tibco) is required. An advantage is SAP RFC Interface Programming, SAP BW,UNIX, SQL Server 
strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and 
design skills, cross-technical experience. 

Personality: Team player, flexible, quality driven, ability to work within strict 
schedules under time pressure. 
  Languages: Fluent English, German is a plus. 
SAP R/3   Ariba   Solution Development Manager 

Professional experience: More than 2 years experience within eProcurement, B2B or ERP environment (favourable in SAP/R3 [SD, MM]), programming knowledge with ABAP, experienced knowledge in project management (IMG), comprehensive understanding of customizing tools & data modelling 

Skills & Knowledge: SAP/R3 or Ariba 7+, ABAP, , XML, DB (Oracle, DB2, SQL) Unix  (AIX), middleware (Corba, Tibco), development methodologies, ability to express complex business concepts in technical & non technical terms, strong conceptual, planning and problem-solving  skills
