Data Stage Virtual Consulting Team Lead Position Description
A Virtual Consulting Team Lead will work with and provide remote support to Ascential customers using Ascential DataStage Enterprise Edition. As a lead member of the support team, will serve on a team of highly skilled individuals with an integral role in resolving complex customer incidents globally.

Data Stage Virtual Consulting Team Lead Responsibilities:
The senior member of the Virtual Consulting group is expected to provide the highest quality of customer support and remote consulting services to our global customers and other Ascential business units. A primary function of this position will be to leverage developed expertise and knowledge of the Ascential product line, third party applications interfaced with, operating system platforms supported to service our clients and continuously mentor and guide junior analysts in their development.

Technical Consulting:
· Effectively manage customer's technical support requests
· Ensure that Enterprise customers receive responses to phone and e-mail requests within the guaranteed response time guidelines as specified by contractual agreements.
· Work with management to handle customer sensitive issues that may affect the customers' business operations or their relationship with Ascential.
