The primary tools we use are Mercury Interactive’s LoadRunner and Compuware's QALoad, but experience from other performance testing tools is also a benefit. You can either be an experienced performance testing expert, or a beginner with some programming experience, understanding of web architectures, databases and communication protocols, and interest towards testing tools.
