Role Description:
The Client Connectivity Process Team Administration Lead will assist the Global Client Connectivity Team Finance & Process Manager in all areas of programme management to include Financial Reporting; Bandwidth Utilisation Reporting; Pipeline Reporting; Status Management; Resource Management Administration; Change Control Administration; Documentation Administration; Quality Assurance Administration. Reporting directly to the Global Client Connectivity Team Finance & Process Manager.

Areas of Responsibility:

Financial Reporting

Supervising the monthly financial billing process for both resource effort and bandwidth provision.
Detailing and reconciling the costs to the GDCN Client Connectivity Team for both resource effort and technical requirements (e.g. bandwidth provision, hosting costs, etc.)
Supervising the reconciliation process to ensure all costs and revenue are accounted and expected.
Supervising centralisation of all client connectivity cost management under the GDCN Client Connectivity Finance Team.
Supervising resolution of individual client requests with regard to financial information.
Assisting with development of standard GDCN Client Connectivity Financial Management tool package.

Bandwidth Utilisation Reporting

Supervising production of link traffic statistics and associated reporting and helping chair regular bi-monthly bandwidth management meetings.
Assisting in development of individual bandwidth traffic reporting for network clients and production of reports as created.

Pipeline Reporting

Supervising production of pipeline reporting of client requirements for access to the ACN.

Status Management

Assisting Global Client Connectivity Team Finance & Process Manager with creation of monthly status reporting and resolution of issues surrounding this.


Resource Management Administration

Assisting Global Client Connectivity Team Finance & Process Manager with reporting of team utilisation and alignment of utilisation with pipeline and finance recovery model.
Assisting Global Client Connectivity Team Finance & Process Manager with added value resource reporting.

Change Control Administration

Assisting Global Client Connectivity Team Finance & Process Manager with establishing Chance Control mechanisms.
Running Change Control and assisting in resolution of outstanding change requests.

Documentation Administration

Establishing and co-ordinating team document library.
Administration of all documentation within library with due reference to version control and client security.

Quality Assurance Administration

Administration of Quality Assurance reporting from GDCN Client Connectivity Managers, co-ordinating documentation and preparing financial reporting for sign-off.

operations support team responsible for providing Tier 2 support in a
multi-network data center.

Support software running on Windows and maintained by data center staff.
