Consultant on Global Payroll Location: Bangalore 4 to 6 yrs of experience in Peoplesoft . Exposure to Peoplesoft global payroll 8.8 and 8.9. In-depth experience in creating rules and designing the global payroll module. One full Project lifecycle implementation preferred. Should be working on Global Payroll in the recent one year. Good understanding of payroll across industries. Process design and application configuration i s a Must. Document all gaps and work with the client and the custom development team to determine gap resolutions. Must be creative, innovative, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques. Final design approval and configuration of the application. Work with the end users and business owners to map Peoplesoft Applications standard processes to the business needs of the client. Lead the testing effort for your functional area and coordinate changes. Contribute to the training development for users of his/her business area. Project planning, estimating, tracking and reporting. Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex
issues/problems. Interact with client frequently around specific work
efforts/deliverables. |
