ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide a
leadership role and expertise on HR/ IR related issues
Work with HR Staff
Design and implement HR Policies
Make presentations on HR related issues
Create products and tools to help HR team members
Lease with statutory authorities like PF, Local bodies etc as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong academic background, MBA / (HR)
MSW or equivalent combination of education and or experience with emphasis on
working in a senior level in Indian/ MNC companies in India
Excellent analytical, writing and quantitative skills.
EXPERIENCE
10 years + of progressive experience in the management of HR Department.
Computer proficiency with MS Office suite and Internet navigation
